Kuwait City,10 km away from our primary Data Center.

Security is at the core of the service, with access protected by multi-layered security with manned 24/7 monitoring, multiple physical security perimeters and biometric scanning. The solution is connected to our next generation network with a wide range of national & international connectivity over 100 Gbps of capacity.

With our proactive and automated Network Monitoring system and our manned NOC team, we monitor all networks, PoPs, POIs and node throughout 365 days to maintain 100% network availability.

At the core of our facility is a robust power infrastructure backed with High-quality 420v grounded power supply from 2- UPS and backed up by Generators. The cooling system, inspired by ColdIssle style, maintains temperatures between 11° to 18° for optimal performance. Security is paramount, with round-the-clock monitoring through CCTV, FM-200 fire suppression protection & detection. Our advanced environmental system enables complete control and monitoring of factors like temperature, humidity, and alerts such as water leakage around the clock. Access control is fortified by 24/7 security guards, utilizing cards, codes, and biometrics.

Our hosting facility is designed with exceptional scalability, resilience, and security, all backed by our robust next-generation network.
